We were put into a position in which we had to use a realtor to get a house we wanted. Unfortunately the realtor was last minute with everything, horrible with communication and just all around making the process hard. Matt and his team not only were able to pull it all off with information that came last minute, not correct or needed adjusted. They were also super supportive in helping to get the information needed from the realtor when it was getting relayed. This is my second home and second mortgage with Matt and his team. The level of communication between Matt, all his people and the customer is second to none! There are so many things that go into the process of a loan that can be very daunting. However, Matt and his team make everything so smooth and pleasant and you couldn’t deal with nicer people!
