Erika, Bryan, and the rest of the Staggs Key Team (including the transaction coordinators they work with, contractors they trust, and more) were very helpful in assisting us with selling our parents house after their passing. A challenging transaction with a whole lot of unknowns due to selling a house you dont actually know the history of, and they handled it like pros and were very helpful along the way. The staging was great, and they got us 13 showings in the first two days on market which resulted in immediate offers. We appreciate you guys!!

Brian is a man of his words! Just like in any real estate deal there will be hurdles and stress, but he was there from start to finish, to make the process as enjoyable as it can be.
